Crystal Springs, Inc. currently has openings on all shifts for Residential Supporters in our Adult program (see shifts listed below):

*DSP Residential Supporter Second Shift: Sunday through Wednesday (40-hour week) with a Sign-on Bonus Up to $2,000!

Up to $21.48 an hour - Full-time -Rates are the combination of base rate, MAP certification, differentials, and retention pay.

Sign-on Bonus Up to $2,000!

New Hire MAP Certification Bonus: $350

· Up to 75% ($1,500) paid out within first 90 days

· Up to 25% ($500) paid out upon the completion of 180 days

Bonuses for part-time positions are prorated

 

*DSP RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTER THIRD SHIFT SUNDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY, 10 HOUR SHIFT WITH A SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $2,000! 11 pm - 9:30 am

*DSP RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTER THIRD SHIFT THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY - 10 HOUR SHIFT WITH A SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $2,000! 11 pm - 9:30 am

  • Up to 25% ($250) paid out upon the completion of 180 days

New Hire MAP Certification Bonus: $175

 

*DSP RESIDENTIAL SUPPORTER FIRST SHIFT 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Up to $21.48 per hour:   Rates are the combination of base rate, MAP certification, differentials, and retention pay.

Sign-on Bonus Up to $200!

* Differentials:

- Weekend First and Second: $1.00 per hour

- MAP Certification: $0.48 per hour

* Enhanced Pay:

- Retention Pay: $1.50 per hour

*Retention Pay is funded through June 30, 2024.  Retention pay is contingent upon continued funding.

*On call hours are also available*

Description of Duties:

Residential Supporters help people overcome the challenges they face in becoming as independent as they can be, and in having as much choice and control over their lives as possible.

We do this by filling the gap between what they’ve already accomplished and what they still want to achieve in all aspects of their lives, including personal hygiene, cooking, taking care of their households, making friends, enjoying good health, recreation, and community involvement.

Our most successful staff are patient, friendly, hardworking, and care deeply about the rights of others.

Experience:

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. Previous experience with supporting individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; experience with a variety of daily data documentation, behavior and medical needs of individuals preferred. MAP certification a must, but we also provide this paid training. If not already certified, you must be willing and able to pass within a certain time-frame from date of transfer. We pay for all your time in training which is a two week commitment.

No Experience, no worries!! We provide FREE training.

PAID Training/Special Skills:

Orientation including CPR, first aid, CPI, Quality of Life and van in-service; a valid driver’s license is required; must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team; must be flexible and dependable and complete a minimum of 24 hours of in-service time annually. Must have the physical capacity to lift and support people with a variety of mobility challenges. Must be able to attend and participate in pool sessions with individuals as scheduled.

Applicants must be able to read/write/speak English; have a high school diploma/GED; clean driving record and been driving for at least 6 months; must pass a drug screening; and criminal records background checks are performed on all potential employees.
